Snoring? Waking Up Tired?
Your Dentist Can Help.

Dr. Jill Pucel Koopman holds the AADSM credential (American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine), making A Gentle Dental Center one of the few dental practices in the Rogers area qualified to provide oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea and snoring.

Custom oral appliances are fitted to your teeth and worn during sleep. For mild to moderate sleep apnea, they offer a comfortable, non-invasive alternative that many patients find easier to use than CPAP therapy.

If you have been told you snore, wake up unrefreshed, or have a diagnosis of mild to moderate sleep apnea, ask us about an evaluation at your next appointment.

AADSM Certified

The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine credential confirms advanced training in diagnosing and treating sleep-disordered breathing with oral appliances. Dr. Jill is one of a small number of dentists in this area who holds this certification.

Who It Helps

Patients with mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea. Chronic snorers. People who cannot tolerate CPAP therapy. Ask your physician whether a dental evaluation for sleep apnea is right for you.

What to Expect

We take impressions and fit a custom appliance to your teeth. Most patients notice improved sleep quality within a few weeks of consistent use. Follow-up appointments confirm fit and effectiveness.

Large Corporations Have Entered Dental Care.
We Are Not One of Them.

"Each office is separately owned and operated. We are a private, family-owned dental practice. You will feel the difference from the moment you walk in."

You Are Not a Number

We know your name, your history, and your concerns. Every visit, every year. You are our top priority, not a slot on a production schedule.

Family Legacy Since 1971

Dr. William Pucel founded this family of practices in 1971. His daughter, Dr. Jill, opened our Rogers location in 2005. Over five decades of gentle care passed down through one family.

No Corporate Quotas

Our only agenda is your health. We recommend what you need, nothing more, nothing less. Personalized care is our standard, not a marketing phrase.

Questions About Your Visit

Answers to what Rogers families ask us most often.

Yes. We welcome new patients and their families. You can book online through our Modento booking link, or call us at 763-428-2226 to schedule your first appointment. We see patients from Rogers, Elk River, Dayton, Otsego, Champlin, and the surrounding northwest metro area.
We accept most major dental insurance plans. We also offer CareCredit and flexible financing options for patients without insurance or with out-of-pocket costs. Call our office at 763-428-2226 and we will verify your benefits before your visit.
Call us first at 763-428-2226. We reserve same-day appointments for urgent situations including toothaches, broken or chipped teeth, lost crowns, and dental injuries. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Most patients benefit from a cleaning and exam every six months. Some patients with gum disease, a history of cavities, or other risk factors may need more frequent visits. Your doctor will recommend the schedule that makes sense for your specific situation.
Oral appliance therapy uses a custom-fitted device worn during sleep. It positions the jaw to keep the airway open, reducing snoring and the interruptions in breathing associated with sleep apnea. For mild to moderate sleep apnea, it can be an effective alternative to CPAP. Dr. Jill Pucel Koopman is AADSM-certified and can evaluate whether you are a candidate. Talk to your physician first if you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea.
